Asian Veggie Salad X Orange Tahini Dressing⠀

Orange Tahini Dressing (w30/paleo/vegetarian)⠀

Serves 4⠀ ⠀

1/4 cup tahini⠀
2 tbsp coconut aminos⠀
Juice of 1 orange⠀
1/2 tsp. fresh grated ginger⠀
1 clove garlic, minced⠀
dash of hot sauce (optional)⠀
black pepper⠀ ⠀

In a small sauce pan, bring all ingredients to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Allow to reduce slightly, then remove from the heat and cool

Crunchy Rainbow Salad (gf/vegetarian)⠀

1 Feel Good Foods Vegetable Egg Roll⠀
2 cups mixed greens⠀
2 cups red cabbage, shredded⠀
1/2 cup shredded carrots⠀
1 cup snow peas⠀
1/2 cup mandarin oranges⠀
1/2 cup slivered raw almonds⠀
1 green onion, sliced⠀
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro⠀
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds⠀ ⠀

Prepare egg rolls according to directions on the package. Assemble salads by dividing each ingredient into four large bowls. Drizzle with Orange Tahini dressing, and serve with extra on the side for dipping the egg rolls!
