Bruschetta with Olive Tapenade, Ricotta & Honey

Savory and sweet olive tapenade spread over a gluten-free baguette! Mmm!

1 pt olives
7 pcs raw garlic
2 TBSP capers
5 PCS anchovy fillets
½ oz black pepper
½ bunch parsley
3 roasted red peppers
½ cup lemon juice


Puree everything together in a food processor.

Spread ricotta on baguette. Add tapenade and drizzle with honey.
