Dumpling Soup

One of our favorite ways to turn our dumplings into a meal is by adding them to a soup. The options are endless when it comes to jazzing up your soup, so feel free to use any veggies of your choice…this is just our simple go-to!


1 package of Feel Good Foods potstickers (chicken, veggie or pork)

1 16oz package/can of a broth of your choice

2/4 cup of scallions

2/4 cup of chopped mushrooms

1 head of baby bok choy


Bring the broth to a boil in a pot over medium-high heat. Once it is boiling, add in the frozen potstickers. Let the potstickers cook through until just about soft and then add in the scallions, mushrooms, and bok choy. Pour into a bowl and serve…easy!
