Dumpling Soup

Add some extra nutritional oomph to our gluten-free potstickers by adding them to a dumpling soup. One of the best things about this dish is that it’s endlessly customizable, from broth to garnish. Here’s our go-to recipe; feel free to swap out any ingredients to suit your wallet and tastes!

Grab a 16 oz package of the broth of your choice, chop up a half cup of scallions and a half cup of mushrooms, and snag a head of baby bok choy. Bring your broth to a boil, add the potstickers, toss in your toppings, and your soup is set!
One last important note: to ensure that your soup stays gluten-free, check the ingredients label of your broth for wheat and gluten.

If you feel like going all out and adding some extra veggies, you should check out our coconut curry dumpling soup recipe, courtesy of Juli @tangledwithtaste. Curry sauce and coconut milk go a long way towards satiating your hankering for some extra flavor!

Potsticker Stir-Fry

If you want to keep the veggies and cut the broth, take a look at our vegan potsticker stir-fry with peanut sauce recipe courtesy of @megan.the.vegan.mom for your next healthy budget meal. No need to follow the recipe to a tee; fry up your potstickers, chop up some veggies (peppers, onions, and broccoli are some of our favorites), and cook the vegetables up in a wok or frying pan with the oil of your choice. Add splashes of our Feel Good Foods Dipping Sauce and lime to the stir fry for extra flavor, mix the veggies and potstickers, and serve with the garnish of your choice — Megan recommends fresh coriander and sesame seeds.

Egg Roll Bowl

Like our soup and stir fry recipes, this filling entree is super customizable and a great inspiration for other budget-friendly meals. All you need for the base of your bowl are our gluten-free egg rolls and rice of your choice. Then, top with whatever seeds, vegetables, or dressing you’re craving! Check out our fall-inspired egg roll bowl for ingredient ideas. Our favorites include butternut squash, avocado, and pepita seeds.
