Makes 8 burgers.
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground turkey
1 jalapeno seeded and chopped fine
1 small red bell pepper chopped fine
½ cup red onion chopped fine
¼ c finely chopped cilantro
1 T ground coriander
1 T ground cumin
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt (to taste)
Method: Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into 7 ounce patties, season well with salt and grill until internal temperature is 130. We serve ours on a gluten-free bun!
