This recipe courtesy of @hungry.blonde is the perfect way to spice up a veggie bowl topped with our potstickers.
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2.5 tbsp liquid aminos (soy sauce would work too)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp chopped scallions
Dash of Sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
2-3 tbsp of water, as needed
In a bowl whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, oil & honey. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency. Lastly whisk in the garlic powder, red pepper flakes, hot sauce & scallions. Use to top salads, noodle bowls, or straight up potsticker dipping.
