Hello! My name is Tania Nahai. I’m a holistic health coach, certified natural foods chef, and yogi. I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community and to talk a bit about wellness, nutrition, and health. I wanted to share an amazing smoothie recipe that is loaded with healthy, delicious goodness.
As a yogi, I spend much of my time focusing on ways to support my physical, emotional, and spiritual health. It turns out that our waistlines aren’t the only things affected by the foods we consume. Superfoods such as turmeric, which is featured in this recipe, can help boost our mood, reduce inflammation, and increase brain function. Pair that with metabolism-boosting coconut oil and antioxidant-filled wild blueberries, and you’ve got yourself a recipe for success!

Lazy Yogi Smoothie (16 ounce serving)
1/3 c Banana
2/3 c Wild Blueberries
½ c Unsweetened Almond Milk
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Date
1 tsp Unrefined Coconut Oil
1/3 c Raspberries
Throw all ingredients into a blender and voila! At under 250 calories, this smoothie is the perfect mid-morning snack. Plus, it tastes amazing!
