Our facilities are BRC- or SQF-certified, and all of our products are certified gluten-free by the GFCO. We go beyond GFCO requirements by testing every production lot to ensure ongoing compliance.

Our products are sold by net weight, not by piece count. Since each piece is handcrafted, there can be slight variations in size and weight, which means the number of pieces per box may vary slightly from batch to batch.
